SLAYER SALES COORDINATOR

In this role, you will help us achieve sales targets by supporting Sales Representatives and coordinating sales-related activities. You will be primarily responsible for liaising between the Sales and Production teams and maintaining good relationships with customers, from purchase to delivery. Slayer’s reputation for top notch service will be yours to embody, deliver, and uphold.

Our team is based in Seattle, WA, and candidates not currently living in the area should be willing to relocate. This is a full-time position, which receives benefits including health, 401(k), vacation time, paid holidays, and plenty of delicious coffee.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales team with general administrative support.
  • Provide frontline phone support by answering sales-related inquiries and connecting callers to relevant resources in other departments.
  • Manage B2B and B2C relationships by supporting clientele over the phone and by email.
  • Arrange appointments for customers and prospects to meet with Sales Representatives.
  • Prepare quotes for Sales Representatives.
  • Enter new orders and manage build schedule in cooperation with Production team.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm order details and communicate updates leading up to delivery.
  • Maintain CRM tool, sales records, and customer information.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and annual goals for management.
  • Supply management with timely and useful information to support effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate travel plans for Sales Representatives.
  • Complete other tasks, as assigned by management.

SLAYER SALES REPRESENTATIVE, EAST COAST USA

As a leading manufacturer of custom espresso machines, with a growing international customer base, our next vital step is to add an experienced Sales Manager to support clients in North America with specialty coffee expertise. The individual in this position will become an essential element in the realization of Slayer’s vision: to improve and embody the worldwide standard of quality for espresso beverages.

The Slayer team enjoys numerous benefits, including health, 401(k), vacation time, and paid holidays. Note: This role is based on the East Coast USA, and the applicant either needs to live in a major city, or be willing to relocate.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support a professional and espresso­-savvy clientele over the phone, by email, and on video calls.
  • Train new clients in the proper use of Slayer espresso machines and accessory equipment.
  • Pursue sales leads and maintain new account base.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of orders.
  • Resolve and reduce customer concerns.
  • Implement best practices to reduce order and sales errors.
  • Assist management with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and annual goals.
  • Contribute technical and analytical expertise for the development of efficiencies, customer service and sales follow-through.
  • Translate sales and trends data into real ­world strategies that impact margin and bottom line.
  • Provide management with timely, relevant, and useful information to support effective decision-making.
  • Develop staff to boost understandings of sales operations.
  • Assist with the launch of new products.
  • Participate in trade show planning and execution.
  • Travel locally, regionally, and nationally.

Qualifying Experience

  • 2+ years in specialty coffee, including barista experience
  • 2+ years in Sales
