The SLAYER Espresso Rally Finals in Jakarta! This high-energy event is set to challenge baristas’ expertise, technique, and creativity, culminating in an unforgettable showdown at World of Coffee Jakarta.
The mixed-barista-skills-competition will play out over 4 rounds, with a total event run time of approximately 2.5 hours. Competitors will all be using the new SLAYER Steam Single – a pressure profiling, volumetric espresso machine.
All 8 finalists will compete in both Round 1 & 2, these rounds will be points based, and the top 4 competitors (cumulative of 2 rounds) will proceed to the Semi-final round.
Round 1 is a free-pour latte art round,
Round 2 is a flavor-based dial-in round,
Round 3 is focused on speed + workflow
Round 4 is a free-pour latte art round
The first prize is a SLAYER Steam Single!
2nd to 8th place finalists will receive various prizes.
